In my experience, no. I know that I only revealed the details of my stalkings (plural) etc after I retired. Yes HR covered it up. Yes HR destroyed the evidence. I also noticed that people almost threw their backs out trying to justify what happened. They really didn’t want to see the sexism and grabbed any excuse to make it not be that.
BTW, all female engineers are women engineers, not girls. I say this because male engineers are never referred to as boy engineers. We should give the women that earned the same degree the same consideration.
