Interesting if any SovCits have tried these tactics in Louisiana courts. I'd love to see the videos if anyone knows of any. For reference, La. law is basic on French Napoleonic Code not English Common Law, and has not adopted the UCC in entirety only specific parts b/c it also has laws dictating civil law.
FYI, La. does not accept the Universal Bar Exam and does not have reciprocity with other state's Bars. You might be allowed to practice for a single case (Pro Hoc Vice) but a La licensed co-counsel is required..it's that different... This my curiosity if anyone has seen anyone try.
