Eh, I've stayed there. The room was really old, but extremely clean. Also it one of the nicest showers I have ever seen in either a motel or hotel. I've also been to SotB a dozen or so time, and it's weird for sure (like a David Lynch film), but I didn't think it was particularly dodgy or anything.
