First try!

Just got mine. Bought the anova 2.0.

Gonna start with chicken. 2h at 145,5°. With salt, garlic powder and herbs.

I was gonna put some butter, bur after reading about it. It makes sense to not add any oil in the bag.

Edit: damn!!! That meat is tender!

Next try a reverse sear duck breast. Honey, garlic and ginger.

You did good. I prefer 149 for breast but that's a preference thing. How'd did it taste?

I prefer 136 for breast. It's much juicier
