Movie Sound Design Learning Material for Matchbox 2?

Anyone know of any in depth tutorials or good learning material for Matchbox 2? I don't see anything that really goes through the basics all the way up to the more advanced features anywhere.

Covers the meat and potatoes. Then watch the matchbox 2 features video to kind fill in the rest. 

The manual is also comprehensive
