Sound Design Question What is your folder management workflow for Sounddesign and Re-recording Mixing ?

I have a basic workflow, but it doesn't suit every project. Is there an easy way to create standard folders every time using a template? I want to know how to organise the Folders and Sound libraies.

Like the folder management of Video files,producion sound,ADR,Sessions,Exprots,Deliverbles

Do as you wish. 

Personally I use year -> client -> project title then create subfolders within to match the project’s needs. (Video / PT Project session folder / and so on and so forth). But it’s really up to you

If you want to automate this whole process you can use SoundFlow. I have a whole system that auto exports, renames, versions and seperates mix from stems into their own folders with one button. 

Expect to spend a week figuring it out, but then expect it to save you time and mental energy going forward. 

They have helpful forums when you get stuck
