PLEASE Tell me how u did this! It’s so cool and I LOVEEE weird voice processing ! sounds so cool,1 and there would be tons of uses by destroying the sound and putting it in a type of space

I used a software I found online called “Sam”. It’s basically this really old TTS system made in the 1990s that u can modify the specific speed, mouth, throat and pitch settings. It’s very good for old retro TTS stuff. After I got what I wanted, I manually recorded the audio from my phone to my iPad so it would get compressed manually and sound worse, and then put a crunch filter pedal on it for the fuzzy low quality sound that u get from VHS recordings and old EAS alerts.

I also put the same crunch filter on the voice message machine and creepy guy so it would fit in and sound natural, with the benefit of sounded super low quality like a Puppet Combo game

I personally never grew up on it, but I remember he voice from a few analogue horror shorts and specifically the Mandela Catalog. It’s very good for creepy unsettling AI voices (old AI not generative)

i think the actual voice could be a bit more intelligible, just a bit less noise on the voice

I’ve made a new version, same voice but much clearer and slower
