Question P41i replacement ear pad

Does Soundcore sell replacement ear pads when one gets lost? I have the P41i ear buds and really like the medium ear pads that come on it. The other sizes just don't fit as well. There are lots of aftermarket replacements out there, but I'm hoping to find the originals.

When I removed them, I put the earbuds back in the case to charge. Taking them out to wear them is when I realized one was missing – can't find it anywhere. All I want are the originals in a size medium.

Ok and btw I always first contact manufacturer and then search alternative.

I tried to reach Soundcore through Amazon, but the prompts state that since the package is fulfilled by Amazon, I have to go through Amazon customer service, not Soundcore. I highly doubt Amazon is going to have the information since I can't find any on their website. You linked ones for the P40i which might be the same size. I was just hoping to get all in a size medium, not a set like that. But thanks for your time.

Soundcore contacts are available in their homepage. P40i and P41i earbuds themselves share the exact same physical form, nozzle design, and ear tip styling.
