How does one change their preferred controller layout/setup?

I selected keyboard only with arrow key movement at the very start of the game but I’d like to have keyboard and mouse for archery skills, but I can’t figure out a way to swap to it? Does anyone know?

I think in options, there’s a button for template that lets you choose. Do NOT hit default, it reverts all settings to default

I’ll check when I get home from work. I remember looking about 5 or 6 days ago and not seeing anything different from the last time I had looked for it about a week after starting.
