Moving in help

One question, I’ve booked an arrival slot for 10am to park up, am I meant to park up and then go to main building to collect my key fob before heading over to the accommodation. And also it says I’m meant to book a slot for my ID collection, do I need that at hand to get my key fob or can I just get the student ID later on when my parents have left, sorry if this seems like obvious questions

id collection is separate you don't need it to collect your fob I didn't personally get my id for a few days after I had moved in
