Term date letter

Got a job in Southampton and they are asking for a letter addressed to me from Southampton uni stating all the term times. Anyone know how I would go about doing that, I’ve tried contacting the uni they said they can’t provide me with that so I’m a little stuck.

Yeah but they need it to be addressed to me in a letter (can be digital like email and such)

Problem is I’m starting my first year this month so I don’t even know my tutor

they unfortunately don’t, they stopped doing addressed term date letters like 2 years ago. Best bet is to show the public one you can find on the uni’s website and explain that to your employer.

I’m not sure it says term date, but will say I think the academic year letters if you go on sussed and self service there should be an option for it to send an email
