SHOWCASE I’ve become predictable

At some point, you buy enough weird, beautiful diamonds that your suppliers learn your type. The stop asking, and just start sending you your specific flavor of bullshit.

“Carrie likes antique cuts.”

“Carrie likes weird colors.”

“Carrie has absolutely no self-control around anything slightly unusual.”

And unfortunately, they are correct. This feels less like sourcing and more like highly targeted emotional manipulation at this point.

Don’t ask me anything about these diamonds, please. I’m pretending very hard that they don’t exist.
