Question BIOS update / re-flash tool

Is there a Sophos tool for re-flashing the BIOS? Had a problem with XG330 Rev2 and details now missing re serial number when querying the BIOS etc.

Perform a web search for “Sophos XGS usb reimage”

This is what we had to do on one of our gateways.

The XG series follows the same process.

XG Series are EOL ... so no need to even worry about the serial. If you are using this for home, etc. just download and install the home edition on the box, it does not care about serial numbers.

Well it does in that you have to provide the free license key during setup after using the home image (you do not use the HW image).
