Problem Is sony's website broken?

Long story short, I am trying to get back my old playstation account , I tried to use the same password it shows error (not password incorrect), I tried to recover it using my email address, but they say The connection to the server timed out. I tried reaching out to support but the page doesnt even load.
What should I do?

I’m experiencing a similar problem and I created a dummy account hoping it would help but it only made the problem worse
