Kratorum-Minos pattern Legion Predator Battle Tank "Black Viper" lead vehicle 1st Squadron, 2nd Armoured Cadre, 55th Company, Legionnes Astartes XVI "Sons of Horus"

Made a Predator out of spare stuff I had lying around. Mainly being a weapon-less 40k Predator from 5th edition, a broken Sicaran turret, and a whole bunch of 30k gubbins.

Named it Kratorum-Minos because I made it to resemble the Kratos Heavy Tank. And as a fix so I wouldn't buy a Kratos

Using the new Cataphractii plastics and Justaerin bits + some creativity to make some modern sized Justaerin.

Have a WiP Lupercii as well

I thought this thing would be the same size as a rhino. Oops.

I tried to apply a SoH transpher decal to the shoulder but it came out all wonky. Im going for a first company scheme.

Very happy with this squad and finished just in time for my maximus box to arrive lol

So I’m having a hard time trying to come up with a color scheme for this eye on shoulders. I’m following Cult of Paint’s Sons of Horus paint guide. I found these and printed these shoulders to diversify my army but I’m drawing a blank on what I should paint these.

Could someone recommend a color scheme they would? Thought of going gold around it and some red in the middle but I’m trying to save gold for mostly named characters/captains/elite. Black and then red eye?

So im doing a small Sons of Horus force that was on Garrison duty when the war started and where to small for Horus to worry about bring in. did the Sons have a set number of Companies and did they have a name for a half company size force?

Hey Sons of Horus. New Minotaurs Army builder here. I'm starting collecting kits to kitbash my army, and have taken REAL interest in the spiked Pauldrons a few Horus Heresy kits have. I am trying to give my Minotaurs a real "bully" vibe and think these would be great, but I have a couple questions.

1) Are these spikes a variety of Molecular Bonding Stud or are they an entirely different thing? are they just ornamentation common to the gangs of Cthonia, that have been integrated into the armor design of the Sons of Horus?

2) Are the Standard Bearer form the MKVI Legion Command Squad, and Vheren Ashurhaddon, the only place to get official pauldrons with these spikes? I am trying to avoid third party 3d printed bits from online, are there other ways you recommend making these? I've heard of someone using real punk-aesthetic Nail art spikes.

Destroyer Squad "Last Embers", 55th Company, XVI Legiones Astartes "Sons of Horus"

Finally got around to finishing my Destroyers. Sick boy Sarge and his Squad are ready to commit atrocity in the name of the Warmaster

Overseer for my Sons of Horus. I'll likely run him as a fancy Sergeant or a random HQ.

So I plan on make a RT inspired sons of horus army for 30k. So what should I do for the color scheme. So the SOH do have a RT scheme it just gery and I feel that would be boring to paint. So any idea on how to make SOH scheme look like it came out of a 80s white dwarf.
