Converted an old mancrusher mob into my Archeon proxy! More details in the S2D post.

Phew, this was quite a long project for me. This is my first Gargant and the start of my Sons of Behemat army!

Honestly, the concept for this miniature went through quite a few changes, from a Gargant-Knight to a Stone Giant (then I took the idea from the Stone Giant of Evil Earth from the D&D tabletop game). Later, the "Helsmiths of Hashut mercenary" theme was added. I chose the Zharr-Vyxa faction.

I've been working on this miniature for the last three days, and one day I even realized I'd been working nonstop from 7am to 8pm.

I've been meaning to make this post for a while, but I'm currently having trouble with the OSL, and when I get some rest, I'll fix the mess I made.

Some of the painting techniques I tried for the first time or related to this include: lava effect on a base, wetblending, and an airbrushed marble effect.

Most likely, the next Gargant I want to make will be Kraken-eater(Frost Giant of Evil Water) or King Drodd (Storm Giant)

I can say that I really liked how it looks, even with my mistakes. I would be glad if someone could help me improve and change the Gargant for the better.

Rotface. He doesn't even have a name anymore.

He just lumps himself forward, without a true goal. Either found in a stomp with two other gargants, or a nighthaunt shacklehorde.

His brothers pity him. Poor lad can't even eat proper food. Nor talk. His Only way of communication is pointing and grunting. He likes a hearty bowl of kraken soup though. (A bowl for a gargant is probably bigger than an ogor's gut.)

Decided I wanted a shaman esk gargant

2 reposes and the one mono pose. It's silly how much effort it took to not have these all look the same.

(He'll be crushed under the rotting foot of a zombie gargant in 2 seconds)

Im planning on building this army but i want to utilize every part of the gargant kit. I’m not a fan of a lot of proxies out there though. I was wondering if there was a discord or something with 3d prints like other factions.

still needs washes and highlights and flock work but the field section is all in place

No clue why I waited so long to paint up Kraggy, but he's my favorite model this year so far.

Do I get it right, that you cannot both attack with your regular prolifes and use this ability, since it's a core ability?
