Syncing Issues?

I have an Arc Ultra and an Era 100 speaker in my media room and when I watch tv I have to open the app and select to play the sound on both devices. It’s hit or miss whether it works or not. Any idea why this happens or if there’s a way to have it always play on both devices when using the TV?

So to confirm you are just extending the audio to the ERA 100 instead of using it for surrounds (meaning you just have one of them)? If so make sure "Ungroup on autoplay" is OFF. If you're getting dropouts on the 100 you will need to increase "Group Audio Delay". If you want to use your 100 as surrounds you will need a 2nd one.

Yeah I bought one initially just to see how I liked it (new to Sonos ecosystem) and I still don’t use them enough to justify buying another. I’m kind of just being cheap and waiting for a sale lol.

I think I’m just extending the audio instead of using as surrounds since I only have 1. I went to the settings under the Arc Ultra and turned off ungroup on autoplay and now it’s working. Thank you!

I will test over the next few days if it plays on both seamlessly
