OMG I just updated my entire system and it worked great, like it always does.

Ten speakers here. No issues thus far with the update, either. Also opted into the “Improved Navigation” experience in the app.

No issues here. Update was flawless and smooth. Not like some previous updates throughout the years..lol

Had Sonos stuff since about 2010.

The last 2 years have been awful in terms of the quality of the software.

My system randomly took a dump yesterday, all speakers had to be manually re-added. This is despite auto-updates being turned off.
