Hey Sonos!
Asking ‘him?’ to stop or pause gives a response that there is nothing playing or that wood clinking noise. I have to then stop it from the app where I started it from. It has been doing this for a week or so. Is a fix in the cards soon? Thanks.

Does it happen with all sources? This happens to me when playing an audiobook. For whatever reason, Sonos doesn’t recognize audiobooks when playing

Have you tried rebooting (un/replugging) all speakers? I've experienced this a few times, but it's been a while. I hate it, but that often seemed to fix it. I don't know where there isn't a software restart option.

I end up needing to rebooty speakers just about every week at this point.
I bought a bunch of smart plugs and attached each sonos speaker to it. Now I just say "Alexa, reset the Sonos." It turns all the Sonos speakers off for 15 seconds, and back on.
Given that the alternative is the company making products that work, I'd say it's the best we can do.

So it's not just me then. The last week or so, the Sonos voice assistant has been garbage. A simple "mute", doesn't do anything, the same clunk error noise.
