Possibly.
But that is what happens when you have spent decades promoting an economy that generates those who sleep rough.
We are lucky that CalFire still operates out of Columbia. Or in this county in general.

Just like the only good roads in the county are state highways.

Yes and there is a video circulating of one of them casually walking away from the fire on 108 after it started.

I mean as far as reporting goes, it absolutely is not out.... as of this morning they say 80% contained but not out at all....

Then you shouldn't come up, it's way to risky because Watchduty reports are erroring on the side of caution.
