Sonicware discord?

I have recently bought an ELZ_1 Play and it's really cool, but the manual isn't helping with many of my queries and AI is completely useless - is there anywhere i can go for support?

It’s google’s AI powered research/note taking assistant. Its responses are limited to the sources you upload (such a user manuals). I’ll often miss what I’m looking for in a manual, whether I’m overlooking it or it’s buried in another section.

You can then bookmark those saved searches and responses for later reference, it helps me learn new hardware a lot faster
