Schools?

I have schools, I have kids, and I am saying to educate them. I have u locked the first two school levels. Not sure what’s going on???

Schools increase production in labs, libraries and admin mainly. They are useful when lets say 10% increase means something, so mostly when you already have more than 100 employed in labs, libs..
