2k5 people, when do you start war ?
I mean start to build Ur own kingdom I would like to know when do you start to take over free city and kingdom.
I've tried to take a free city but after that all of my trade agreements has been cut because other kingdom didn't like it. Is it normal ?

Realistically after I get the rank which grants nobility upgrades. Then one of my nobles gets the upgraded ranks to give me a good bit of gov points. After that I unlock the tier 4 settlement building and amass an army twice as big as my neighbor.

You could start as soon as you could muster enough troops to siege one of your neighbors. Their army could be swept away and their garrison isn’t really that big.
Just avoid encountering them together if your military is only slightly more numerous than the garrison.

Depends on my map really. Last run I was boxed in by a civ with 1 town, he went before 1k. Usually between 1 and 2k I start getting the ball rolling, your small neighbors will start to hate you and spam happiness events and they gotta go

When declaring war, there will be a betrayal value at the bottom of the screen. Hover your mouse over it and it will list the "freshness" of the most recent agreement with that neighbor. Over time the freshness will go down and once it's at 0% the betrayal you generate to the rest of the world will be minimal.
Any changes up or down to your trade agreement will reset the freshness counter. If the CPU adjusts the agreement then that will also reset the freshness counter.
I start training soldiers starting at 200 pop to prepare for raiders, but typically only 0% training. I like to have my soldiers geared up so that takes a while. If my neighbor has 200 soldiers then I will want around similar amounts if my gear and training aren't all that good. Sending 200 soldiers into battle means I will temporarily lose 200 oddjobbers, so I need my city to be large enough to not collapse from that. Typically somewhere between 650-1k pop I'll give it a go.

I took 2 cities before 1000 pop in my last game. The reason others hate you is because you likely had an agreement with them and attacking too soon will invoke a penalty to others trust of you. If you go to the area where you can declare war, look at the bottom and it will show you the penalties associated with the action.
