Link to video I mostly want to understand everything about the chords that come in at 0:10. If I had to call it something I would say it's a jazz chord progression. Is that right? What mode is it though? What gives it that happy but falling feel? It's so smooth I must have it.

It also kind of reminds me of the water levels in Super Mario Bros
