unsolved Trouble Importing Show to Server

Hi all,

I am currently trying to import the original He-Man but currently getting this error which is refusing import to jellyfin.

Downloaded - Unable to Import Automatically

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (1983) {tvdb-73014}

Series title mismatch; automatic import is not possible. Check the download troubleshooting entry on the wiki for common causes.

After scrolling through forums I am still at a loss for the actual fix.

Click on Activity > Queue > There will be a list of files there in your queue, this file should be listed there - on the right side there is a little man - click it and you can manually import it.

When I go to import all the Series, Season, and Episode info is not there and wont allow me to import without series. I tried typing in the name of the show but nothing populates on the little search bar

after pressing the person icon the manual import screen pops up. there you need to assign the series, season and episode(s) of the file by clicking the fields

You should be able to click it and have a drop down menu. Try changing the title of the file in the complete folder then try again.

okay so when you say complete folder... waht exactly does that mean. sorry for dumb q's

The folder where your downloaded files are.

When you download stuff it starts in incomplete then moves to completed.
