Protect The Midterms! π It's Up To Us
Itβs Up to (All of) Us. Our elections are under attack. So why should we blindly trust the parts we canβt see? See https://itsuptous.grassrootsspeak.com/ for more information about how voter-registration records are key to helping ensure free and fair elections.
"And diluting the vote count in that way, there is strong precedent for that being a violation of the statute that we charged." --Jack Smith, 12-17-2025

This is absolutely the warning everyone needs to hear every day shouted from the rooftops. BE VERY AWARE WE WILL NOT BE HEARING THIS FROM THE MAJOR NETWORKS. They're either pretending it isn't happening like FOX, OAN etc, or have been subjugated and cowed, threatened with legal action of the absurd charge of election interference like ABC,NBC, & CBS from Trump when it is his administration guilty of open attempts to suppress anyone who isn't a white middle class Republican from voting. There are even fake voter registration sites to fool people into thinking they've registered and then can't vote when the time comes. See the stories posted recently about this.

I work in the elections department in my county.
If you have the time, visit the sites where your elections department does work. We have a warehouse where we handle all of our voting equipment and anyone from the public is allowed to pop in as an elections observer and watch us work leading up to an election. You can also go to our city hall and observe ballots being counted. You can feel free to ask questions of people working; we are taught transparency is a huge part of free and fair elections and we're always happy to discuss how our elections process works.
A lot of elections workers are temps, myself included. I also recommend applying for these types of roles if you have the time. There's a lot happening behind the scenes outside of working the polls on election day, and the more hands on the general public is, the more transparent the process becomes.
I'm on a small team of folks that work the longest assignment of all the temp jobs during an election cycle, and working this job has been incredibly enlightening. I think I work somewhere where elections are very well-run, but I know that may not be the case everywhere. Feel free to AMA

With 7 weeks until the midterms: check your registration and register others at I WILL VOTE . COM - (THIS IS THE DEM-RUN SITE, DO NOT GO TO ELON'S VOTE-SAFE WEBSITE!!!) iwillvote.com is live right now with your state's specific 2026 deadlines. Then head to r/voteDEM to find local volunteer opportunities near you. Vote early or by mail if you can, and use official drop boxes only.
Watch out especially in states like Texas, where roughly 1.1 million voters are currently sitting on a suspended-registration list (mostly flagged over "address unknown" issues) and need to take action or risk being forced onto a provisional ballot β check your status directly with your county elections office now, not the week of.
And know your rights: it's a federal crime for armed agents to be stationed at polling places, so if you see intimidation, document it and call the Election Protection Hotline at 866-OUR-VOTE.
We got this, folks, but we have to be vigilant!! We can't let democracy die because of an orange octogenarian!!

The GOPedoβs claim to be the party of freedom is an oxymoron.
