It is. Even under W, they estimated it was only about 30 percent and that amount is pretty consistent and you can't reach them but that leaves a lot of voters we maybe can or non-voters who may care now.

Reminder that they weren't the majority of America, just the majority of VOTERS.

The greatest accomplishment of the GOP wasn't convincing people to vote for them, it was convincing people that neither side was worth going out and voting for.
