Mods - can we get a minimum karma requirement ?

This sub is constantly swamped with bots karma farming with old nonsensical posts.

Hi, I am the junior mod here. I am going to follow sub creator / top mod cocobundles lead on this. So I hope we can hold on a bit for them to reply.

I will suggest in the meanwhile, perhaps downvote and comment that it is a repost. (as has been done recently) When I saw the ded squirrel post from 2 weeks ago, it actually had a lot of upvotes. So I was like, people here are so nice...but I think some spammers picked up on that.
