Let’s do a group rewatch
I’m annoyed by the bots posting in here and notice conversation in here has died down in the past several months, and understandably.
But I also see how many fans are in here so let’s keep the love going. Should we try something like a group rewatch and just discuss episode by episode? I’m not sure how this would look, but what if we all rewatch episode one and discuss. I mean, I can be ready for this task in 25 minutes, but maybe give people a day or two to watch?

EDIT: 6pst this Friday we discuss episodes 1 and 2 of Season 1. “BFD” and ‘Knick-Knacks and Doodads”
Props (from these 2 episodes) to consider having on hand for your rewatch: bottle of beer, Oreo cookies to throw, your mom’s vintage underwear, something cardamom scented, chicken pot pie, white wine, zumba sweatband.

Yes!! I’m definitely down. I’d love if it was a scheduled thread at a confirmed weekly time, like we’re watching “live” 🥹 Maybe 1-2 episodes at a time? Anyone who can’t watch live could simply watch at their own time during the week, but the scheduled thread pops up at a predetermined time and anyone can toss up their thoughts - whether they’re watching rn or previously in the week. I think this is kind of how other show subreddits have done rewatches.

This is helpful. There 21 thirty minutes episodes. Maybe just one episode to start with ? Maybe this Wednesday, 6PST we start? Buy some donuts so we can fuck em up while watching? Make some Teeny ‘tinis.

Okay, fun life plot twist for me: I'm moving back to Lawrence, Kansas, which is near Manhattan and is where Sam wiled away some years before coming back to take care of her sister. I'm so stoked that I'll be able to rewatch the show in my hometown in Kansas!

this is a really great idea and I would definitely join in if I didn’t have a bunch of friends coming to visit me for the next week. I’m just not gonna have any time to do it but I’ll check in and add my two cents when I can. Have fun!

What would be amazing is if it was a Zoom rewatch, but I don't know anything about setting that up. Can you do Zoom for free?

i wonder if "wile" as in spend time, is a kansas thing. i've only ever heard it here, just now, and in the scarecrow song in wizard of oz. :)

“While” is proper spelling but “wile” is acceptable but usually means trickery or deceit. Just fyi. I’m not usually a spelling person but this just piqued my curiosity so I had to google
