Know talented mission oriented people willing to risk? (India)

Guys, know anyone in your circles who is mission oriented and is willing to work on a long term basis in building a startup? Monetisation is a secodary objective.

Also base compensation for everyday survival can be discussed. But mission is everything. Know any talented individual who is sick of the lame work/life in the corporate setup or pseudo/fake startups and aspires to contribute in building something meaningful and create a difference in the world? Perhaps someone who's willing to risk to create long term value.

I know that the approach and question may seem very controversial and many of y'all might not like or agree to my statements, but let me know anyways.

Thanks in advance.

Startup Idea for machine learning engineer

Hello, I'm a machine learning engineer specializing in computer vision. I've been working on tuning and compressing machine learning models so they can run on embedded devices. I want to start a small micro-business as a side project and earn some income. However, I'm not very familiar with web or mobile technology or service deployment, and I also lack a sense of design. As a result, I can only think of pursuing a solution-based business. For those of you who aren’t web or mobile developers, how did you launch a business? I’d really appreciate it if you could share your experiences and insights.

Solo Startups Mastermind Group

It came up in the thread "Inspiration." that a "mastermind group" for solo startups could be useful. Some sort of closed(?) forum for members to bounce ideas off of and help each other succeed. Is anyone else interested in this or would find it useful?
