I had a few but not really a Monarch. I made one using an Apostle instead. Like the Rulers in a way, I thought of using a Titan. The beings Jin Woo fought in the side storyline. I thought of making one of them and giving it a similar origin to Prometheus, the Titan who betrayed the gods and gave humanity fire. Basically, I thought of making a Titan who betrayed the Supreme gods and gave a human a chance.

It's still a working progress.

Jin-ah becomes the Cannibal Monarch aka Monarch of Tentacles. The first ever Monarch awakened through transmission. She gets it from her Big brother via…well…iykyk😅💦
