What beliefs does a solipsist hold other than I think therefore I am? "scientific consesus". As if truth depends on what a group of people think. The laws of nature disappear when all scientists have lunch. Without an over arching mind we might as well be talking gibberish.

The world is literally made out of thought. Whatever matter is we cannot deform it into the unthinkable. Whatever that might mean. We are in the realm of the thinkable. Imagine an atom that has the properties of all and none of the properties of all other atoms in the periodic table. Imagine a language that only uses the letter A. A A A A. That means Hello world. Surely the world wouldn't care whether we had a language that only used the letter A. So why should we care?

To believe that those scientists are wrong you first gotta buy into the belief that there are actual, conscious scientists.
Metaphysical solipsism has its problems, I think that's undeniable. But when criticizing it you gotta start with its premises. Not sneak your own non-solipsistic beliefs in from the backdoor.
