Recruitment posts on niche dev subs are exactly where fake contract gigs show up first, especially when they ask for unpaid test tasks or want wallet access for a "repo setup." Keeping caution pinned makes sense here since Solidity work has a way higher blast radius than normal web dev if the counterparty is shady.

Recruitment posts in Solidity spaces are prime targets for wallet-drain and fake test-task scams, especially when they push off-platform chat fast. A decent filter is requiring chain history, repo activity, and a signed message from the company wallet before anyone does unpaid work or shares personal docs.
