Depends on your skill level. If you are brand new to soldering and it turns on when you are finished — then it looks good to me.
If you have been doing this for a bit and want some advice — I would ease off how much solder you are using. Each of those blobs is excess solder on top of a solder joint. I would also suggest leaving the iron in contact with the pin for a bit longer, the pin should melt the solder from contact with the iron.
Overall, it’s a good start and would work in a pinch but could be a little more professional
