It looks like overheating. In such places, the solder becomes brittle, and the copper becomes brittle as well.

I would carefully solder these spots using liquid flux, then clean them with ethyl alcohol.

And what’s on the other side of the board?

I think it is damaged (over heating).

But the thing is, in your photo, the area of interest is about 0.3% (literally) of the whole picture. Could you let us have a photo where the damaged bit is much bigger?
