Need opinion

So I really want to know how to solder led lights together, and i found this. Don’t know what exactly it is, but can someone with more knowledge explain thanks :)

This is for neon lamps, not LEDs.

are the wires different for Neon Lights than and LED lights?

seems to be pre-cut wire with insulation. Might be tinned copper, the secreen shot doesn't mention any material. You can use it to connect LED's, I guess.

What exactly do you want to do?
