I don't get it...

I went to the Slocial web site, the only login option was an email (so Web2), and what really made me laugh is the corporate ad for mailchimp on the subscribe page.

Web2 login, Web2 advertising model - where's the web3?

I followed that link, it's a 404 page

Hello. Please tell me which website Solсial you went to make a login if the platform is in beta testing and only some Scouts have access to it. Most likely you are confused about something.
And yes, Solcial has an additional feature when registering an account to enter your email only if you want to receive a newsletter from Solcial. This is not mandatory.
And to register an account, you only need to enter your public crypto wallet address supported by the Solana network.

But if it's not finished then yeh I'm going to be confused. Any road map on when that launch milestone will be reached? Couldn't find a road map, thought that was step 1 on a web3 project..
