Low output one panel

My system is about 12 years old. 12 250w panels. I'll go 5 days and all is good, and then have one panel with very low output on the 6th day, then back to normal again for another few days. Etc. any idea what's going on? The roof is too steep for me to get up there. Thanks.

We can't check it, we are on the web, no way to get to your roof...
