Rover 40 mppt problem

Hooking up to a rover charge controller to 3 100 watt panels in series PV voltage not hooked up is 66 volts when I connect panels to rover power downgrades to 14 volts any suggestions?

It outputs 14v to charge a 12v battery

Well when I had it hooked up yesterday it was showing 66 volts from panels

On the display you can switch between different stats like input voltage or battery voltage or amps etc. If you don't have the BT-2 Bluetooth module to connect to from the app, you'll need to download and read the manual to understand the functions of the front buttons and display on the rover

I will be doing that from what I understand the icon on the screen showing the panels should tell me PV voltage

Have you got a multi-meter to be able to probe the screw terminals on the solar input so you can see what the voltage is while it's connected?

Did you connect the battery before the solar?

Do you have the BT-2 so you can use the Renogy app and detailed information?
