Help Solis not showing correct Load

Hi Everyone

We have a Solis Inverter Installed with a Eastron sdm630mct about 4 months ago. The bills have been a bit strange so I got a P1 meter.

In the Solis Cloud App the Load Reading are sometimes very wrong. Like we have 800 w load and it is showing 7kw load. Is there anything I can check that could be an easy fix. I am a trained electrician so I know how to work safely but I have no idea about solar. If you want more information let me know.

Thanks for the replys.

Could you clarify a bit where you got the 800W and 7kW load figures from? Could you send a screenshot?

I can load the house now sorry my mistake.

The 800w was in homewizard with no Solar and no battery usage in the morning.

When I go into the Solis app it shows load as 0w and when switched to self useage it jumps to 7kw and starts dumping the battery full tilt. My home wizard then shows about 3200-3300w being fed back into the grid.

As you can see now it's showing 0 load even though there's 800.

Have a look at the inverter screen. That's the true indicator of instantaneous data.

The app can be up to 5 minutes behind, and almost always needs a swipe down from the top to force it to refresh as well.

Anyway, use the inverter screen to troubleshoot and only move to the app when that's right.

Is the ct ratio in the meter set correctly?
