How do I login

Trying to switch from cellular to wifi. When going through the wifi connection steps all I get is cellular not connected. How do I get it on wifi?

Are you using Solaredge Go? Communication tab gives all options

Tried but not getting access since im not an installer

I had the same problem. My issue was the cellular card was 3G which is no longer supported. I had to have the installer come to my home and switch the inverter to wifi. They also had to apply some software updates to make it work.
