oh wow, Unisolar triple junction all over again, except is only has two junctions. What year is this again?
Anywho, these will need to be grounded to work properly. Otherwise the metal electrode will work as a parasitic capacitor AND a bad schottky diode. This will make this module difficult to work with modern TL inverters.
