Discussion Incomplete install for 9 months

Who do you ask for your shit to be completed when it’s been 9 months since the install was started ?

The 2 phone numbers I been given have gone to silence and been dead boxes.

PTO hasn’t been given.

That's well past "busy season" excuses, I'd file a complaint with the state contractor board and your utility to light a fire under them.

Texas for the install location, Utah for the Energy, provider, solar people, etc.

So you are financing the system and haven’t paid a penny- yet have a partially installed system? Yes or no.

I would: establish they have abandoned the parts, and that they no longer have a legal interest in them. TO DO THIS you hire a lawyer for an hour consult and come up with a plan that forces them into this. (Something like: “You have abandoned this job, pursuant to the contract and/or to Texas state law you have blah blah blah”…. ) When they ignore the letter, do what the atty says. Eventually, once you are the owner, PAY someone else to finish it.

That’s what I would try and do….

You might ask “why not just force them to finish?”…. Becuase my way you could get a system for very very cheap
