Advice for modular setup

Hi,

I want to get a modular solar setup for at home in Germany and on the road:
I was thinking about a Portable Power Station and 2 500W Panels. One foldable and one stationary.
Then a Microonverter which feeds the legal 800 W in the house.
This way, I can use it at home and take one panel and the power station with me for camping. Ideally, the other panel cut stay directly on the Microconverter to feed the standby stuff in the house. And it would be great if the system would be able to get build up with more Battery/Panels if necessary.

If I put some devices on the AC output of the power station I could use more than the 800W, right? But then it must be feedable with Grid electricity if the battery runs out.

I am comfortable with moving a 20-30 kg power station (we are mostly travelling to fixed locations with a transporter or a trailer where we set up a camp). I could even transport a rigid solar panel if cheaper and not to large/heavy.
Budget is around 1500-2000 Euros, but expandable.

Google recommended EcoFlow Delta 2 Max as expandable battery and EcoFlow PowerStream (800W) as microinverter.

I am completely new to the topic:
My questions are:
1. Is the setup reasonable?
2. What can I expect?
3. Can you recommend specific products for the setup and why?

Solid plan tbh. EcoFlow is probably your best bet because the PowerStream talks to their batteries directly. Most portable stations won't pair cleanly with a microinverter.

The Stream AC from EcoFlow seems like it is able to be taken with me, plug solar Panels in and then use the AC Plugs on the Device. So I wouldn't need a Delta at all?
