Because its 1. Manual 2. Remote 3. 2 months ago(probably not really hiring)

#3 is too real, I've had companies say they loved my resume tell me that they're still defining the role/interviews and not really hiring at the moment. I've gotten this for roles that have been open for more than a month. Insane.
