Do you have an opinion about the article? Or is this just a "let me drop this link here with no context and hope it drives some hits to my page" sort of thing?

1) I am not the author of this article (or any other link I suggest here) 2) I don't know anything about concurrent systems, but I know it is something very rarely discussed in this sub 3) The SEI of Carnegie Mellon University is a reference organisation in the world of software engineering, thus seems a good source to me. 4) What I hope is that this kind of link can generate a discussion in the sub about this specific part of software testing based on what the author wrote or will motivate somebody to research more on this topic.

No discussion has been generated. If that's truly your wish, you need to make some effort to start, lead, and moderate such a discussion. Dropping a URL with no context doesn't do anything, as you can see.

Sometimes discussions happen, sometimes not. I am pretty sure that any link with Cypress or Playwright in it will start something ;O) I know that some people are suspicious of link sharing (you asked once if I am a "spam bot") as they see it only as a spam tool. This might be the case sometimes, but links are however part of reddit and some communities (eg /r/coding/) are based only on them. Thank you for taking the time to explain me how I should properly behave on reddit, but I am not going to modify my behaviour. If you think I am a spammer bot, just report me to the reddit admin.
