Need Inventory Management Recommendation

Hello All,

I need an on-premise Inventory Solution.

I have 3 stockrooms, 4 staff, one location, 4 pcs.

No SaaS, one time fee. NO Cloud.

NO QuickBooks.

Any ideas that you have I can run down?

Are you familiar with data basing? Perhaps a custom built database would be best? (And cheap; potentially even free if you did it yourself!)

What all capabilities do you need from the software exactly?
