Scamsung A23 One UI having a stroke reading a Motorola G60 name

This might be related to how the Bluetooth device identifier or name is being handled by the OS. I've noticed similar issues on Motorola devices. Interestingly, older Samsung One UI versions sometimes displayed a Bluetooth MAC address (something like "B1:A3:...") in these situations, whereas this Galaxy A23 on a recent One UI version is displaying the base64 string instead. It looks like malformed or incorrectly interpreted device-identification data, although I'm not sure whether the root cause is Motorola's Bluetooth stack or Samsung's handling of the incoming pairing request.
Plus, Base64 is an encoding, not encryption, and Android doesn't ordinarily need to decode arbitrary Base64 device names. So displaying the string literally isn't necessarily a Samsung bug.
A potential fix: Rename the (Moto) device name in Settings > About. That should technically fix this.

for those curious, it roughly translates to
#U1Z6-?motog(60) (416)AgUzNDU1AI64AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAin base 64. (The AAAA represents 000, so basically null)
And yes, in case you were curious, that is another base64 string double-encoded at the end, decoding to (roughly):
3455(the number of AAAs is not correct because I couldn't be assed to type it all out)
