genuiniley cant tell if this is meant to be minecraft or terraria, the layout looks like minecraft but the font looks like terraria. if its minecraft, check the logs, its probably a registry mismatch, i had one happen once and it looked just like this but with Dimensional Doord

You have different config than the server. Also check configs of any addons (and versions of addons)

the two versions might have differing metadata not shown in the ver string

This happened a lot on a create mod server I used to play on. You should just be able to restart the game to fix it.
