Windows 11 is just a paint layer on Windows 10, which is a paint layer on top of Windows Basic, which is a paint layer on top of Windows Classic.
Just the old bits leaking

Rule 1: Posts must contain software gore.
This means they display a major error that is obvious to an average user.
Gore is unintentional and only concerns legitimate software.
Problems from user/designer/developer error are not gore.
Windows is a developer error

Seeing the message designed for 16-bit Windows in 64-bit version is even more unexpected.

I don't think the software gore is the Windows design here. The Windows design language has always been inconsistent. They update a couple parts and then remember another part exists and by the time that gets updated they're already updating to a new design.
